CANCELLATION POLICY
I charge a 100% cancellation fee for any no-shows or cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment. You can cancel or rebook up to 24 hours before your appointment. After 24 hours, you will be charged the entire fee of the appointment. There is a 6min grace period. If you are more than 6min late to your appointment, you will be charged a late fee of $15 EC. NO SHOW = BANNED from online booking for 30 days and you will be charged the 100% cancellation fee. *Cancellation fees are non-refundable & non-transferable. āļøTravel Client Policy To secure appointments for clients traveling into Grenada, a small deposit is required. The remaining balance is paid in cash at your appointment. For clients outside Grenada: Small non-refundable deposit (50%) Remaining balance = cash at appointment Appointment reminders are sent via email & text 24-48hrs before your scheduled appointment.
